Do you know the importance of working with food trends, when searching for the next best-selling products? The new products that will make sales numbers go up? Well, we do! We also know that understanding the food trends will help you win the hearts of the consumers and add a competitive edge. Our aim is to be your partner for profit. If you know, what the consumers want even before they know it themselves, you will be a winner in the food industry’s food fight!

We are always up to date on current and future food trends. And we adjust our assortment to match the trends and meet the constantly growing demands of the modern consumer.

VEGA PURITY SALMON – SALMON AS PURE AS IT GETS

As a result of our trend studies we have defined a new product, we really believe in. A Vega salmon in its purest possible form: the Vega Purity Salmon. This product meets the consumers' future needs and demands for sustainable and clean eating products. To support the new product, we decided to get an expert opinion, or should we say approval. So, we asked three renowned Danish chefs to take part in a challenge: Cook a 3-course menu and use Vega Purity Salmon as an ingredient in each of the dishes. As a twist all dishes should be based on two predefined food trends. Furthermore, the chefs were told to incorporate the trend “Helping Hand”, which is all about convenience.
